When is it safe to list on a new account

Hi all, for a brand new account, when will it be okay to list a vero item?

And how do you all suggest for feedback building? Especially if you're running many accounts, advice?

Well, I can tell you that you that recently my accounts with 20 feedback, 2 months history, cannot sell more than 1 vero item, when I sell one I'm fine but if I relist after a week I usually get veroed.
