dhl problem?
 

has anyone experience this before?
i checked the dhl tracking website....and it says receipient refused delivery , please contact dhl, shipment on hold, which was odd because the business didn't even open at the time of attempted delivery. i called dhl, gave them the tracking, and they said the shipper might have used a fraudulent account to ship the item.....yikes!

i asked if i could go ahead and pay for the shipping charge because i needed the shipment, they told me to call billing dept. i called billing, spoke with someone about my situation, then another person came on and told me everything was fine, they just needed correct address....

does this sound suspicious at all?

That does sound kind of odd. But if they are going to redeliver your package to you then thats good. Keep us posted on if you get it or not.

Shippers in China use "Stealth" DHL Accounts with Non Existent Addresses, My Understanding is that 1 Major Shipper in China had a Problem a Day or so Ago and "Thousands" of Packages that he Shipped are Affected (Being Held)

hmm...the seller i use is small time, but maybe he used the major shipper to ship the item.

ok..package did not arrive today...i called them and there seems to be a problem..they didnt specify but they asked if i wanted to open a "trace"..and they will get back to me tomorrow.

anybody experiencing this problem?

just received a call, was told i need to contact dhl fraud department regarding this matter.....will keep you updated.

emailed fraud dept. and within 12 hours package was delivered....

DHL Is Still a Mess,,But it is Slowly getting better,,,,THOUSANDS of Packages Affected, Recalled, Held Up, Delayed, and so on,,all of this because of 1 Shipping Agent in China,,,,God, I find that Soooo HARD to believe,,but none the less my People BOTH Here and all over China insist that this is indeed the truth

Has this affected the U.S. market only?

It now Seems that another Customs Crackdown is Underway,,,on BOTH Sides of the Ocean,,,this is totally unrelated to the Shipping agent

will this last for a few weeeks?

My supplier confirms this as well. They said if they get seized they will refund and I will have to use a new adress for future shipments.

i had a shipment coming right.

so he ships but the dhl tracking # never updates. He tells me custom held it and he has to grease some hands but will ship again in 2 days. but the next day i got the shipment and dhl still hasnt updated it and i never talked to the seller about it.

Wonder whats going on.

Strange. I placed an order with one of my suppliers 2 weeks ago, and it still has not been shipped. My supplier tells me that a gun was found in an outgoing package from China, and so customs has cracked down this week???

What have others heard?

THE Crack Down is confirmed,,Guns were found in an Outgoing shipment Much more than 1 Gun

but I Also am Now hearing that things will be Normal again this week,,we will see

I, too, was told today that things should be good soon... as early as today or tomorrow. This may, of course, be bulls***. But its a good sign that we've gotten the same story. My fingers are crossed, as I am low on stock.

Sent you a PM. Same thing happened to me with fraudulent shipper and no one will help.
