How to re-use an old seller account from friends
 

Hi, my friend,

I am the new buyer of the eBay Stealth eBook. I like it so much. However, I still have some problems that I can not find the answers for from this great book. That's why I write to you and ask directly!

My friend, who lives in another state in US, gave me an used eBay seller account, which is more than 5 years old and with high feedback records. However it has not been used for at least 2 years.

I think this condition is kind of different from opening a new eBay Stealth account.

1) Is there specific thing I need to remember, or I need to change?

2) How can I smoothly continue use this account to sell totally different items with my newly created Paypal account?

3) Can I continue to use the same pictures as what I used in my suspended and limited eBay accounts?

4) Do I need to start selling slowly, or I can list as many as I have from the every beginning.

By the way, according to your book, I am using dial-up internet service to change my ip from time o time. I can use the dial number in my friend's area, which can make my IP fall into that area too.

Maybe you do not have time to reply this email in details, please at least give me some links for relative resource in this forum.

the whole point in the stealth guide is starting a fresh, wouldnt reccomend using stealth details.
Start a fresh then you will run into less problems, just make sure you follow each step in the stealth guide :)

The way that you Log onto the account is Perfect (Dial Up Modem)--The Paypal Account and the Pictures are a Problem.

The Pictures are easy to fix Simply Remove All the EXIF information from the Pictures as described in the Book.

The Paypal Account is Different,,If your Friend did not give you the Paypal account that was used with this Ebay account, there is NOTHING that you can do without Ebay Getting Wise.

You Have the Stealth Guide,,Just Create Fresh New Matching Ebay/Paypal accounts and don't worry about using your friends account.

I am in a similar situation, using a friend's '06 account to sell on (verified with her address and phone number, linked new bank account to PP, all other info the same). I was wondering; if they link it to my old account (the only real link is that I shipped something to her from my suspended account months ago, but that might be enough), can it be saved if she sends in a copy of her ID, utility bills, etc? Will eBay be satisfied if she can prove it is legit info, or will they still suspend it indefinitely if they suspect a link between accounts? Thanks!
