Does eBay ever "chain-link" accounts?
 

Let's say I have a buyer account, and I was using it along with another selling account on the same IP and computer. That seller account was suspended after a while, and I decided to create a new stealth accounts with all correct procedures. I was using the account fine until now, which suddenly, they limited my selling restrictions saying that I need to resolve all outstanding issues with my previous selling account.

Could this linking caused by my new stealth account being linked with my buying account, which was previously link with my old (and now suspended) selling account?

Previous selling account? Seems like they smoked you out - you are you followed ALL stealth procedures? Hardly seems like your account is stealth if they linked you.

Any link is problematic - you have to go fresh. If your buying account, use it but keep everything separate.

I don't know how you linked your stealth ones to your selling account - but eb ay seems to know.

I'm pretty I'm doing everything correctly. My only suspect of so was because my buying account was also suspended due to having false information at the same time of the limitation on my current stealth account.

But I still don't see a link happening unless the two are tied somehow - pa yp al or IP or user cookies, etc. Your info is all different I guess.

I understand your old buying account is tied to your old suspended seller account. But now your new "stealth" account is tied to your buying account so that, of course, is causing the linkage and will be going to suspension, no doubt about it.

So bottom line, account chain linking is possible?

Without a doubt. All depends in the way you operate with them.
