Please help... How to I pay for items on ebay that I will buy to raise feedback score

I want to raise my feedback score on my new account. I plan on buying small items that are worth more than $1.50 for example the only thing is how will I be paying for these items. Do I add a visa prepaid to Paypal and then use that method to pay for those items... can i use a visa prepaid to shop on ebay for this purpose?
