paypal and ebay not on teh same name
 

Hi,

i have a ebay int eh USA address and a paypal in a Israel address.
not on the same name.
from the ebay book it say it have to be under the same name.

is it a mast?! as it work for me now and in the past (until ebay has gave me 3 flag on trademarked i believe from other seller).
then my paypal we not close but only ask me ot send them some info of shipping item and simple thinkg.

so i will like to open new ebay and paypal but i like the ebay to be USA and paypal under a real man so it need to be in Israel.
can it work?

Must be under the same name - you might be able to work for awhile but it's all about RISK. The risk that if the account is reviewed even for a moment...you will be asked for ID and account will be blocked - looks very bad if not matching.

so how can we open UK,USA acount and you are not from this places?
i ahve the book but from what i see you have the same risk from non same name and non same contry no?
