Does eBay only hand out mc010 for American accounts?
This is something that I've been wondering for a very long time. I've heard about countless cases of mc010 along with numerous counts of success stories. As an Canadian however, I've only experienced suspension such as MC049, where I will not get an opportunity to call e bay for a potential easy way out, but is forced to submit documents.
Would it be a better idea to create stealth accounts using "alternative" US addresses and such? |
