i want to be a ioffer.com seller but they request credit card to be a seller ...

i try to Entropay.com vcc but come error message and request credit card with AVS .........

any one know cheap VCC to buy ......?????:bump::bump:

Just go to your bank and get a Gift card in whatever amount you want it worked for me

I have used ioffer and paypal together. At one point they will ask for the information- like delivery, etc.

I just do the same as ebay and paypal. Enter all tracking, etc. be creative if you have to w/ the docs, but always call pp first . A lot of times, it can be resolved rather fast w/ only an invoice being required.

As for ioffer, netspend vcc works with it . I have used it w/o any problems.

Though.. I make more off ebay than on ioffer. A lot of people don't pay on ioffer. its just slower.
