Default how come chinese sellers don't get taken down?

i did a search but nothing came up that answered my questions...was wondering how chinese sellers are continually allowed to sell vero stuff without being taken down by ebay? it's obvious when you see posts for headphones, dvds, etc that they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗.
any thoughts?

Many Chinese sellers would argue that point. We have seen posts asking why eBay picks on Chinese sellers.

But the fact is that eBay has never applied their rules consistently. Some get taken down today, others will get taken down tomorrow. But nobody survives long-term if they are selling counterfeit merchandise.

If you were just referring to authentic, branded items, then maybe they have convinced the VERO member that their items are authentic. If the VERO member approves you, then eBay will normally leave you alone.

You will drive yourself nuts if you try to figure out why eBay allows some sellers to sell certain items and not others. It is especially infuriating when YOUR items are taken down but you see three other people selling exactly the same thing continuing to sell.

That is not productive. You need to move on and go to the next account, or to find something else to sell. I know it is hard. It has happened to me. And the first time I was so furious, it was all I could think about for weeks. Why was *I* being singled out? What did eBay have against *ME*? I wanted to sue eBay, and worse. But at the end of the day, it is THEIR website, and they can run it as they please. Fuming about it won't put any money in your pocket. Moving on will.

Beside chinese sellers there are plenty sellers doing this without being token down.
So the IF the question is to be asked, it should be for ALL ebay sellers that post V-ero items.

So if you want to know why others sell vero without or with less issue, then there is plenty reason to answer this : account status, age..ect... and some tricks that belongs to each sellers... be creative and find yours

Whats gets me is everytime i see them selling they sell around 50-60 items

around the $60 price range

How the hell do they handle the pp transactions...... They must have some nice tactics and like jeff said i too have been thinking how do they get to run away with all this. Thats like 3 grand in one day through a paypal??

and I have seen this being done by the chinese sellers or international sellers like for the past month, They buy all the feedback the same day they have their listings. It's always around 20-30

I just think that they do it like an investment. knowing their product is so good the complaints are non existent. And when paypal releases that 3 grand in 180 days..... they do it from like 9-10 accounts.

Indian giver
Indian giver is an English expression used in North America, used to describe a person who gives a gift (literal or figurative) and later wants it back, or something equivalent in return.
