Many Chinese sellers would argue that point. We have seen posts asking why eBay picks on Chinese sellers.
But the fact is that eBay has never applied their rules consistently. Some get taken down today, others will get taken down tomorrow. But nobody survives long-term if they are selling counterfeit merchandise.
If you were just referring to authentic, branded items, then maybe they have convinced the VERO member that their items are authentic. If the VERO member approves you, then eBay will normally leave you alone.
You will drive yourself nuts if you try to figure out why eBay allows some sellers to sell certain items and not others. It is especially infuriating when YOUR items are taken down but you see three other people selling exactly the same thing continuing to sell.
That is not productive. You need to move on and go to the next account, or to find something else to sell. I know it is hard. It has happened to me. And the first time I was so furious, it was all I could think about for weeks. Why was *I* being singled out? What did eBay have against *ME*? I wanted to sue eBay, and worse. But at the end of the day, it is THEIR website, and they can run it as they please. Fuming about it won't put any money in your pocket. Moving on will.
