hi i have got suspended to again lol and i want to no something i buy some item on ebay and won them and pay will the seller still send it me or will he Give me a refund i dont no lol


And Does Any one no were to get a uk phone number for to verify a new paypal Account :)

Have you checked your stealth methods through?

was it a stealth account that got suspended?

And as for paypal phone verification take a look at Soho66 or TTNC.

I'm sorry, but I think you meant "know" instead of "no", not trying to be rude, just saying...............

Are you asking if you purchase an item using a stealth account, will the seller still mail out the item to your address since it is stealth? If so, you can always contact the seller before you purchase the item, and ask him to ship to your real address, just tell him its a gift for a family member, or friend, or just think of something creative.
