regarding my IP

hello every one , just i want to know if i change my ip address from ISP i well be fine or just must change it over vpn ? cos i want to make only one account in the moment and my ip it's static ip .

Probably free to change it with your ISP if they agree to do it, purchasing a VPN IP will not be free ;)
