Question about paypal
 

ok i got the ebay book am in the part where i need a new bank account but here my problem i live in the U.S but am not a legal resident so no ssn so its hard for me to get new bank what can i do i heard ppl talking about gift cards or prepay cards but will that make my paypal verified with withdraw limits?

Look into https://www.nfinanse.com/ you can use the card to withdraw money from your paypal. I do not believe they require a SSN

can you tell how that works some other guy told me i can just get a paypal verified and send it to my first paypal or a friend and withdraw that way my gf got a paypal i can send money to her

I read that nFinanSe does require SSN. So, that may still be tricky. Sending to a friend's account should be ok, but make sure all accounts are verified, as well as your own and that they have had some kind of activity within the last 12 months. I had an issue where the account I send money to was not active in the past 12 months and so they made BOTH accounts reverify themselves before they would release the payment.

You may be able to get away with sending money to another account and withdrawing rarely but don't do it often.

Also try univision prepaid card. They advertise no ssn required. Though its only good for 1 account.

You have to show some type of documention, id, etc if no ssn.

Try that to verify the paypal.
