Share Via Twitter for Multi Account

If I have multiple ebay account, is that right for me to share my listing (from different ebay account) via 1 twitter account?

Can anybody tell me the right and safe way to share via twitter for multi ebay account, so ebay can't track that these account are all mine?

I'm confused, what does twitter have to do with ebay? Please correct me If I am wrong, but ebay can't, and won't see any of your twitter activity if you are spreading word about your business. They aren't affiliated with each other, just don't mention twitter in your listings, you would have to do this outside of ebay.
