Phone tethering using paypal

My question is, I know phone tethering seems to work with ebay but can it also work for paypal too. Do they like to see the same IP address or different IP address each time you log in.

I plan to use phone tethering with some stealth accounts using Cricket service

Pa yP al isn't too difficult unless you do something stupid like forget your password or enter the wrong one multiple times. I am on the go 24/7 and so much of what I do is on multiple tethering accounts that I have. It just makes it easier for me and doesn't cause any problems.
