If I want to create a stealth eBay account in a different state could I still use my states IP or would I need to get a VPN service in that state?

I wouldn't use your towns IP address, i'd say go for the VPN if you must do this. Try to pick a VPN that's not highly talked about to better your chances of lasting longer. :bounce:

I was in a rush and purchased some eBay accounts on here and they are all in different states. No issues thus far and I use my normal local IP's. It's only been 3 months but I've sold a few hundred items this way.
