3 new accounts suspended same day

Is changing IP by changing Mac address safe? I used to simply power cycle my modem and had zero trouble. I created 3 seller's accounts this week and they all got limited or suspended within 24 hours. One of the limited accounts only had 1 test auction, so a nature of product or patterns of listings is out of question. Is ID verification on phone now a standard requirement if your info doesn't match public data bases? Also note that Paypal accounts I used were not verified.

That nearly instant limitation on the account with a test auction makes zero sense to me.

IB4, It wasn't cookies or flash cookies.

I assume you used different user accounts for each? I have only sold on
verified account's after a month's wait. Some items get pulled but
never a suspension. Phone verification is a must to verify your phone #
works but it's done by the bots, easy.
Your addresses you use must be real or they have to exist. At least the
#'s and towns, Zips...
You must test your IP's are different from each other and that you get the
same one or at least a different one every time.

I keep a log of IPs, so the IP's were all different. Yes, different Windows user accounts. All accounts were 6 months old prior to converting them to seller's account.

Yup, Paypals were unverified. It was probably bad.

I also changed addresses and phone numbers when I was making sellers accounts. I always input random phone numbers when I make accounts and then change them to working numbers when I convert to sellers accounts, but normally I leave addresses unchanged. Maybe there was too much stuff changed at the same time.

Codes I got:

MC010 Notice: eBay Account Limited-Verify Identity
MC169 Account temporarily suspended -- contact us to restore access

I get MC010 once in a while. It's "abusing eBay" kind of thing when you look high risk, but I never had MC169 before.

MC010 IS mandatory. You got pinched because this is all automated. Selling with a unverified account is the worst. MC169. My guess is that you are deleting the cookies after every session so eBay doesn't recognize your PC, thus making you high risk. If not that, you probably chose an odd name and/or address that eBay can't locate.

That's what happens, ecspecially on older accounts that haven't had any activity in awhile, you need to establish some browsing history maybe buy some feedback first, newer accounts are safer since how many people make an account and let it sit for few months or even a month, that's not a normal pattern of of activity.

Yup, listing with unverified Paypal was one of the main reasons my eBay accounts went down.

This time I listed on a new seller's account with verified Paypal and did not chcange any contact info except ph/n. Nad no problem, no MC010 or MC169. Only got a 10 items per month limit, which is dumb. Any ideas on how to prevent 10 items per month limit? I used to get 100 items per month in November-December 2010, which was perfect for me.
