OK so I just got my PayPal limitation lifted

I downloaded a utility bill and spent hours editing it to look real It worked succesfully

I just got off the phone with PayPal he said OK let me go ahead and lift that limitation for you



So if you need a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Utility bill I can easily alter it to use your given name and address It is flawless Yes I will be charging for it you can send the money via paypal

If you want some detail

The process happened like this

Created a new PayPal with one letter spelled wrong in first name

Same address except for one number differently

Recieved payment for $400

Added bank account Savings and confirmed two deposits

As SOON as I confirmed the two deposits and withdrew $298 the pp got limited pending confirmation of bank account which i had already done and confirmation of identity

The money had sat in the account for 3 days before I attempted to withdraw it

The bank account almost immidiately updated itself and said Resolved the confirm identity had an option to confirm a credit card so i added a VCC

The VCC did not resolve but it helped so I called and he tried to do the Phone Database Verification where they ask you the questions I gave him a fasle social security number and he said I am not finding a match can you take a picture of your photo license and upload it? i said i would have to borrow a camera and it would take a while

I immediatly searched for a pic of a utility bill and edited it perfectly

I uploaded it and called and said I confirmed my bank account and credit card and I just uploaded the requested copy of my utility bill he said again OK let me just remove that limitation for you

I have 5 other limited PP accounts I just withdrew the funds to my savings and all is working smoothly

I know everyone is not as lucky as to only be asked for a bank account and ID but then they are also not as hard working :)

So in short if they ask for a photo ID they will probably accept a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ utility bill and if you need one pm me

Hi Peanut. Thanks for offering to help. I think you have provided a bit too much information on this open forum as another poster has mentioned.

I does be thinking a mod will be having some harsh words with you about this.
