Using API developer to list & manage

My company needs to use the API to load products up on our stealth account, and then pull the orders back into our Order Management System. Do you think we'll be ok if we use the API developer on multiple ebay accts?

Many companies do this already, but I imagine ebay can see which ebay store accts the API is loading to and then make a link.

Anybody got any news on this front? the more detailed the better.
