Do I need to stealth?

got suspended for violation that happened 1 years ago
I bought stealth book and my brother is in NY and dont have an ebay account
but I am based on CA. My brother ok me to use his info to open ebay account
Which is less risky buy gift credit card or have his credit card billing to CA and use his real credit card. I can have new cellphone for contact
so am I good to go?
Please advise

I am so confused about what you're asking. If you're based in California, and your bro is in New York, how do you expect to last long on ebay using his information with an ip address based in your hometown?????? If I'm not reading this right, please let me know, and we can go from there.

I was thinking, have his credit card address changed to CA address
and have a utility bill under his name also
Will this not work? when eb ay ask me for ID, then I can provide credit card that is address in CA

If you're going to sell VERO products I wouldn't recommend you use your brothers information, and just go 100% stealth, because if anything goes wrong your bro will be the one in trouble, not you.

I was selling vero items with real invoice from them
but i dont think that matter to eBay after 10years
the reason I am trying to use real person to open acct is I know for sure pp will ask me for SSN cause new rules that you sell over $20,000 a year

If you need 20 IP address get a cheap smart phone plan and tether the wifi to your computer. I am doing that now and I will keep doing it that way.

Depending in the city where you live, Cricket has a smart phone for $99 with $30 mail in rebate, their smart phone plan goes for $55 per month with unlimited data, talk, text, blah blah blah. Or find a Metro PCS around you if you can. That phone has wifi and just tether it to your laptop or desktop. I am very happy with the phone and plan.

I wonder the same thing, can we get unlimited number of ip if we keep changing the mac address?
