business account's purchase
 

buyer has bought from me on a business account, they contacted me 2 weeks after tracking shows receipt of goods and said they changed mind, and that they did contact me at my paypal email a week ago(but I cant find email) I am obliged to take returns 7 days after receipt, under distance selling rules, but after 2 weeks, not sure if I should allow it, I get feeling the buyer bought it for one-off use (its that type of product) and now wants to return.I dont think they are a scammer, just inconsiderate.

depends whether you can take a negative on the account doesnt it really?

If i was you id just tell them to send the item back and refund them.

But yeah buyers like that really get on my nerves :doh:
