Paypal questions

Hey,

I want to know has anyone here actually had problems opening loads of bank accounts or does it raise any suspicion, putting your name in the light or anything? And i'm just curious, and also i have a scenario here:

Say, i have created a stealth account and used a bank account in my name. I sell a product on ebay, receive the money only to find out it is impossible to send the product out to the buyer due to unforeseen circumstances. And i have already withdrawn the money from my bank account. What will happen next (apart from paypal going negative) and what is the worst case scenario that will happen to me? Also, will the banks notify me that paypal are demanding a payment request or will there be any record of paypal in my bank account history apart from the withdrawal?

P.S one more question, what is the sole reason of using VCC's to pay insertion fee's, why can i not just use my bank account to deposit into paypal.

Thanks, hoping to hear from you soon.

(Not sure if this is the correct forum section to post it)

I think you would be better off if you return the money to the buyer.
The buyer pays you for an item and then after that its your headache on how you'll have that item reach the buyer. If you cant send it out due to unforeseen events, the buyer should'nt end up losing money for it.

You can use the money in your bank accnt to pay for stuff using pp.

The buyer will not end up losing money, paypal will give the buyer a refund and my paypal would go into negative?

as i said in your other post pp will take the money back from the bank

they took it out my overdraft, anyway you dont want to be thinking about all of that, soon as you recieve payment send the item with a tracking number then you got no worrys of money being taken back etc

 But what if the buyer wants a refund.. because i couldnt send the item? So i withdrew the money and theres no overdraft facilities in my bank account. And it was a stealth account..

well leave some spare money in paypal incase this happens

shah 04-03-2011 06:53 PM

so you're saying you have the item and the money, and you're just looking for a way to not return the money to the buyer?
There is a way to get out of the whole thing clean but telling ways of ripping of buyers isnt appreciated on this forums.

ebayerOG 04-03-2011 07:06 PM

+ you will loose the account which = time, bank account all down the drain and an unhappy customer

Imback2010 04-03-2011 07:19 PM

Behave.

Brand new and you are suggesting not honouring deals. Not acceptable for here.

You made a contract with the buyer: you have an obligation to deal with the matter in a reasonable way. That's what this forum is for.

When you mean clean, you just mean in safe grounds right? Because the only logical result i see, as mentioned earlier is a bank account which has gone to waste after one item sold for a measly couple of quid. Similarly, if we're talking about a case where the buyer and seller is blood related somehow..
