does paypal or fiverr have my money and what can i do?
 

so here is the deal. my pp account was limited. i changed my pp info to my brother's address on fiverr so that my money could go to his account instead of my limited account. long story short, they still sent it to my limited.

i refunded the money and contacted fiverr about the problem. they said they cant take refunds and this is a pp issue. but pp has issued the refund. so i am thinking i am just getting screwed out of $246.

so since fiverr told me to go f myself, can i go to my limited pp and ask them to cancel the refund? at least after 6 months maybe i can get the money. this really is pissing me off
