i have read the ebay book and also amazon book.

on amazon have no problem but on ebay i open 4 new account and wait 30 days
today i upload first post and got MC115 NOTICE!

how they on to me?

you need to explain how you set up the acct step by step
so member can identify the problem

On top of that you should first buy some legit things over the course of the first month to get at least 10 feedbacks before selling. Also, when you do actually start to sell, start of small and one at a time.

this is how i did:
1) clean cookies.
2) new ip.
3) new ebay & paypal.
4) buy 2 items from that id.
5) 30 day's waiting add the new paypal to start selling 1H after post (1 post only and not VERO) got ebay mail.

i have 4 more (new) ebay account from the last 30 days with no paypal link to it.
i have to say i lost my confident and dont want to loss more ebay account let say teh paypal is more a problem as i cant get every day i new visa card it will not look good in the bank.

can try to use the same paypal that was link to the last account that was close? (i now what it say on the book but...)

need help pls.

on amazon all work 100% and i sell their very good i was sure on ebay all was more easy but i was so wrong.

you didn't mention what credit card you used?

i did buy 4 items with the ebay ID and pay with paypal but didnt link it to paypal only after 30 days and when i been ask to do it before selling.
so yes link and sell (after 30 days open account).
verified paypal yes.
i sell electronics ($200 items)

my card is gold mastercard .

Your first sale was $200 electronics - that could be a huge flag - that + your country IP I can see it.

what is the problem with my ip? i have also VPN for US IP i use for ebay.

VPn is probably the factor. Although I personally think ebay and amazon have other ways to find out link accounts.

the vpn is was in the ebay book and i did as in the book.
how i can go back on ebay if dont now what was wrong in the flast time? i dont whant to have to wait every time 30 days and new paypal ( the bank will start to ask if i will do it to Mach.)

Most major and public VPNs are detectable by eBay fyi, determined by their IP ranges. ebay and paypal specifically mentioned that using proxies can result in a limitation/suspension.

if ebay can detect vpn, ES book should be revised right away to prevent this from happening, people will get suspended left and right. does aspkin aware of this?

The keyword is "PUBLIC".

Private VPNs and ones that are not major are most likely undetectable as eBay doesn't know their ip ranges.

I used private VPN's and the3y got me mc115, let me tell you the lies about these VPN's I bought 5 private Romanian IP at one time, first the number are made close to each other, second the company saying that were Romanian IP but was on a Isreal server and were masking the IP but google and ebay can really tell that they are from isreal. So if your using a VPN bad idea, I got mc115 to 5 accounts with them, only one got lucky. Yes its in the VPN and and that should be taken out of the stealth book.

another reason why the vpn service needs to be taken out of the book. most of them dont work

I would say ANY account with a $200 electronic as its first listing is asking for trouble
