Suspended account
 

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to figure out what to do, I'v been VERO suspended two weeks ago for 7 days after selling with my current account for 2 years (5 years old account), when it turned back on I'v re-listed only items I thought are not VERO, but after 6 days I got another take-down and my account is now suspended for 6 month :-(
I tried to talk eBay S&H to change the verdict without any luck.
I bought the stealth book and I have two questions:

1. to the old account I'v linked my development account (eBay API system) - I was approved for eBay compliance so I enjoyed up to 1,500,000 calls a day vs. non-compliance is 5K a day, my question: can I link my dev account to the new stealth account I made or this is a NO NO?
2. Any idea how to talk eBay to let me go so they will allow me to use my old account? I had 11-12 copyright bull**** violations.

I am confused which one is the 7 day suspended account?

anyway never link up accounts, no need , keep them seperate.

7 day suspension is fine, just let it rest for 90 days and you can list again.

avoid the brands you were suspended for.

if you were reported by other users or much worse rights owners, you cannot talk ebay in to doing anything. They will just refer you to the VERO program, get approved or take risks, those are your only options. Some brands are too high risk to touch, others are policed much less.
