Getting new Paypal Account, how to add new cc?
 

Hello guys,

i've bought the Ebay Stealth but i do like to ask this to have more experience from ppl.
First , this is my history : i've had and good and clean ebay and paypal from since 2001 , but suddently when i start to sell some gift cards on ebay they limited it forever.
Then, ebay account was still good so i've opened another paypal account on my friend name and all legal (addresses, ids, names,etc) info. So i called my CC and ask for another one with new number, i add this card to the new account with my first name and my friend last name(wich i can't change) , addresses different than the possible linked paypal account(wich had my real info) but with same zip code(as i read this is how they check it).
It was everything ok , i've verified the CC and i then i start to buy things again, BUT i think i made a mistake to use my OLD ebay account , wich wasnt been suspended.
So after somewhile i was trying to send money direct to sellers from paypal ,but suddently appear a problem to send amounts higher than 100$ for example, so i had to make 2 payments if wanted to pay for 100$.
the only option was buying itens on ebay , using my OLD clean account.
After sometime i emailed them asking why i was having this problem about the send money limits so they limited my account.

My question is,

i really need to open new paypal account,
but i need to use my real credit card send money , how that would be possible without getting limited again?
should i open a new ebay and paypal account with same addresses or what?

Call your real credit card company and tell them to close your account, reissue a new credit card for safety concerns. I have done that - you will have to wait 5 days or so though. Use new addresses.

thanks for your answer, i think maybe i was missunderstood,
getting another credit card is not the big issue, i can call them and say that i lost my CC and get a new one, but id like to know how can i use the new credit card with new numbers on my new paypal account without getting limited , i mean, i can use my FIRST real name with STEALTH last names? Stealth Addresses but REAL zip code? thats it?

Ah I see - sorry I don't reply to posts after they fade from my Home page ha.

The beauty of the credit card is that your name DOES NOT necessarily need to match. The zip code does however. You would have to experiment with that. Mistype your names a bit (that's one way) but the address would have to be different than your suspended account. This is why folx like gi ft cr edit ca rds amd what not.

You do not need to use your own credit card.

Many ways to use other cards etc to get the pp started.

Vcc's and certain gift cards work well.

i understand the use of VCC's and gift cards but,
as i say i need to use my own credit card because is the only way to send money,pay for itens on ebay and i do want to gain air miles using it!!
the other thing is that i cant send money by bank account or something like that here in brazil ( i think ) , i never tried...

i did bought the stealth guide man... but now when im trying to open it , my antivirus is poping up with virus and dont let me open it... btw i dont want to get virus on my computer..

Disable your anti-virus - the stealth guide has no virus /guaranteed

Has anyone got their bank account closed or account numbers changed for 'security' or 'safety' reasons?

Could be a good way of getting fresh bank details for PayPal.

Sure - @shady time to time close and open new bank account stating "Afraid of account compromise" - it will work just don't ABUSE it or the bank will flag you badly.

Just adding these tricks to my stealth arsenal ;)

I will not abuse this, I will simply pretend that I am actually "Afraid of account compromise" with my banks!! Just to get those old accounts feeling fresh again!

thanks guys, next week ill be with a new number credit card. ill let you guys know how ill procced after this.
first ill open a new stealth account with another first and last name, and add my real own credit card with this name and under my original zip and house number to verified and then after i confirm the 4 numbers i can start send money.
anyone know if i could open an account with entropay cc, it will be better since its ok if i pay the tax on entropay and can pay itens with it.

ok , guys another question....

i made one stealth new account and set up my Entropay VVC.
everything was ok, then i made my first ebay buy, paid, everything was right, then my acc was limited asking for credit card to be verified.
do you guys know if ill have problem after i verified the CC?

Verification meaning that they want to charge your card and you give a 4 digit code?

Or do they want PHYSICAL STATEMENT of the card?

they want just the 4 digit code!

Ok that is better than my second question. Make sure you create an entr op ay card in your account with at least $2 - $3 is better - and verify it. 4 digit code will be produced. I don't think pa yp al has barred this card completed - maybe for withdrawal to however...

yes i put like 100$ on it, and i made the verification proccess , just waiting entropay to show the digit on extract , what i should pay attencion to before send money? i dont want to get limited forever again.... just make businesse smoth and everyones win
