Paypal limited: need to supply info

We're sorry, but we cannot restore full access to your account until we
receive additional information. Please provide a copy of each of the
following items:
- Your monthly statement for the credit card ending in XXXX. The statement
must show your name, address, and account number exactly as they appear in
your PayPal account.

- Your monthly statement for the bank account ending in XXXX. The statement
must show your name, address, and account number exactly as they appear in
your PayPal account.

- A current utility bill. The bill must show your name and address exactly
as they appear in your PayPal account.

- Your driver's license or passport. Please make the copy as large and as
light as possible.

- Tracking information for the last five payments received in your PayPal
account.

- Original bills of sale or invoices referencing your purchase or
acquisition of the items you are selling, along with the name and telephone
number of your supplier(s), for the following transactions:

Quite difficult to get the stipulated doc.. You can withdraw the money thru a bank (either a US bank or ur stealth bank).. Some pple do charge some % of the money in ur acct if they withdraw the money thru their US bank acct......This only happens if the acct has been limited for about 180 days

Let me explain, I emailed them a letter asking them to release the money sooner and that is what they responded. I was surprised that it did not say ssn.

If you are interested in the letter that I wrote them, PM me I can send it to you. It works wonders.

I am the owner of the bank account that is attached to this account. I have statements, and all, just under different name.
