I was able to lift my limits on eBay by providing documents for my stealth account.
Email I got back:
Thank you for providing the requested documents. I'm pleased to let you
know that after reviewing your account, we have decided to raise your
selling limits to the following:
# of monthly items (Active + Completed): 100
$ amount of monthly sales (Active + Completed): 5,000
The purpose of these limits is to allow continued growth at a
pre-determined level so that you have the time to learn how to sell
successfully on the site. If you reach these limits and feel ready to
take your sales further, you can contact us anytime on or after **** (I edited date out)***
and we will be happy to review your account to further raise your
limits.
Additionally, there are certain categories that have limits that this
change will not affect. It is possible that you will reach the limit for
one of these categories before reaching the limits stated above. For
