Starting all over again........help needed for super stealth uk ebay/pppal
 

I'm starting again, since my 9 year old has been restricted from selling........

i've got a new bank account, got new ip, new email and new address.

i've formatted the laptop and installed win xp.

just going to sign up with voip and assign the voip to that address, once thats done, i should be ready to go

any other precautions i should take to stop any linking with old details...............etc

1. new name
2. new address
3.new dob
4.new email
5. new phone number landline would be good soho66.co.uk (2 pound a month)
6. a vcc, can buy on here from 123 or online with entropay
then i think thats it? have i forgot anything anyone?

oh and DONT log into you suspended account from your computer you use, unless you change your ip address and account user they can trace you that way

My seller account has been suspended in such that its been restricted from selling on ebay - i can only buy with this account but not sell due to ebay non seller performance (last neg was in nov 2010) with 98.5% feedback.

this is what i've done so far

1. got new uk bank acc
2. new ip - using usb modem
3. new email address for ebay/ppal
4. formatted laptop and fresh install of xp
5. new address
6 getting voip from Voipfone - UK VoIP Internet Phone Service - Hosted VoIP PBX Office Switchboard and Telephony services

so basically i'm ready to go............any other precautions i need to take before signing up with ebay/ppal?

here is my plan.............

sign up with paypal first- add vcc and get ppal limit lifted first.

once ppal is all confirmed and limits lifted - sign up with ebay (but don't open a seller account right away) - use it normal as a buyer account for a week or 2 and then upgrade to seller account (or can i do this straight away - will it raise red flags if i do)

then use ebay to buy a few items and login to show the autobots that your just surfing and looking around to build up a history)

then upgrade to seller account after 4 weeks

i've just read on here that you can use your mobile to verify ebay and paypal is this correct, if so then i wont be needing to buy voip and pay the monthly fees

do you think it will work and what other precautions can i take?

alright luc, you seem to have it all sorted i think the point of a landline number is it makes it easier to lift the 1900 limit

This seems to be very common in the last couple of weeks yes.

however ive not made a new account in this period so cannot confirm this.

Have documents ready just in case if possible.

Is this account registered in your real details then? i.e. your real address?

I would leave that account alone from now on, logging into suspended accounts on a regular basis is not a good tip, instead open up a new stealth 'buyer' account and use it only for eBay purchases.

Just don't sell on it, as to make sure you do not suspend it. You then have a unsuspended buyer account you can use for eBay purchases.

Vary the address slightly, make sure it still allows mail to arrive. Again, do not sell on this account.

Have some 'creative' documents ready for a possible PayPal verification, straight away.

A potential tip to avoid this instant Pay Pal account verification is to be 100% sure that your registered phone number is going to work with Pay Pal.

If they cannot get through or they do not accept it. They will ask for documents straight away.

You will find that you does this naturally, surfing eBay for items :D

It may show them that you are not just a 'seller' and that you are a 'new' eBay member, not someone already suspended ;)

I think this is more important;

eBay and PayPal keep a history of what you buy and sell, they will use this to compare with other potentially linked accounts.
