are there any solutions for lifting selling limts?
 

has there been any progress regards to lifting selling limits rather than selling on 10 different accounts?

For me their has... There was another thread around here about it... Lots of talk from those on the right track. My best advice is to use common sense when creating accounts. :juggle:

let me guess use valid info and send in a id for verification?

LOL How is that gonna work on stealth accounts? Anyone who told you that is trolling.

I recommend you stick to the 10 items limit until it's increased automatically. By contacting eBay to request higher limits, you're attracting attention to your account and they might find something they can link your other accounts with. If you need to sell more, open more accounts. As many as you need. In a few months, you'll have 10 or 20 well established accounts which is much better than 1 or 2 accounts with high limits.

Not at all hard to spread.

eBay works like a hooker. Spread and the money will come!

more like a walmart.. think about it.. they dont make huge profits off of one item.. they have thousands of customers.. if they make 1 dollar off of each item.. they're billionaires..:eek:

How long does it take for them to lift the limit?

Hi i just posted a thread about this.. how to go about lifting limits.

Once your account is over 90 days old, have a DSR of 4.6 and above, have no open disputes, you can contact ebay customer support with your user id and they will lift the limits for you. If you're not in that category then you will have to let the account age until such time

is there any posibility that they ask us for identify in order to lifting limits after sending message to ebay. My concern about that

Always a possibility - if you are hesitant, don't chat with eb ay a ton.

In help topics you can search for 'lifting selling limits'.. have a read and using the 'contact us' button you can email them. All you need to do is provide your user id. You do not have to call them. I've emailed them and they've lifted the limits. It's worth a try

Just got off the phone with eBay. In an attempt to lift my selling limits, I chose "Request higher selling limits" from the "All Selling" summary page in My eBay. From there, I chose the "Call us to discuss your selling goals" option (hint: if you can't see this option, choose to verify your identity but purposely fail the little multiple choice test they give you).

I called the number and spoke to a guy who told me that since I have already gotten at least one positive feedback on the account that my chances of getting the limits lifted were much more positive than if I had not gotten any feedback at all. He explained that even 1 single positive feedback on any transaction could mean the difference in getting the limit lifted. He told me that he would forward my account details to someone else that would do a quick review and then I would be getting an e-mail with an answer to getting the selling limit lifted.

There was no over-the-phone quiz or interrogation about what I plan to sell or how I would use the account.. All I needed to provide was the eBay username and the first and last name on the account.

Key points: GET POSITIVE FEEDBACK BEFORE REQUESTING A HIGHER LIMIT

They made me do the same except they also asked me for invoices. Which I just provided them since I don't sell V er 0 items.

Currently waiting to hear back from them.

Most people say to stay low? However is it easy to confront the problem beforehand? As too actually call eBay and pretend to be the stealth user, take the test over the phone and answer none. Bam eBay now has more trust in you?
