would Skype be linked with Ebay as my account keep MC081
 

Hi All
Hope i can get some help here.
I down loaded Skype new version about 3-4 weeks ago and since then all my accounts have been MC081. I have had 6 reinstated after sending the docs and within 3 days of reinstated they have been MC081 again. When i have spoke to live help they say your account won't be reinstated again as of breaches of ebay polices and won't say any more.
I do use diffrent user accounts and don't understand what the problem is.
Any hlp out there would be great

unkown speaks the truth - hard to make unlinked accounts using any software that eb ay owns...

WTF? so skype can give you problems with ebay?

any software downloaded on your computer can leave little traces, even on other user windows, not just in flash, thats the obvious one, but in hidden files. Skype is great, and I dont think you should not use it, just dont download it on your ebay computers, have it on a seperate phone or laptop....

google panopticclick it can reveal hidden files on your browser, some browsers hold info about software downloaded by browsers, sometimes other windows will hold a trace of the admin windows downloads etc...

Well it took me a while to relise that Skype was the problem. but it has only happend since the new Skype system has come in so i do think it is that. We have cleaned the pc and of course taken Skype of but i think the accounts that have been reinstated must have this registered on them . I am trying to get some back and then see if they will run the accounts on a new pc. This is the only way i can find out now.
Thanks for the confirmation, I did think this was the problem but not seen that any other threads had been stated on this subject.

Just a new update, Had a account reenstated last night, didn't go into the account and when i went in this morning MC081 again. How can they reinstate you and then suspend when you havn't even been into the account.
Any ideas Guys

Surely it cannot be for the same reason as your previous suspension...thats mad :mad:

went throught to live help and they said policy breaches. Tdhey said the same as before reinstatement will not be concidered.
Something funny is going on. All of Skype has been removed from my pc and still this.
Get accounts reinstated with all the doc and then before you go into the account suspended again with the same

Format your hard drive and start fresh?

Or give it one more go with the docs, log into the account using a different user account and IP address from now though :thumb:

One a new pc now and use voda phone dongle for the internet. I am trying to get some account back and see what happens

Just keep a record of all the IP's you use from now on and which account they are used with.

Well Guys got another account reinstated. Not from my main pc from another.it was MC081 sent all the docs and got it back witin 2 days. Listed 2 items that night and bang MC081CIT. Went through to live help all i could get was you have been suspended for the same reason but they would't tell me the reason. They said we won't reinstate you again

Sounds like you got suspended for selling too quickly on account creation - then you got reinstated with documents. On that note, you create the docs yourself?

yes i have made the docs, but they did reinstate them so why should they suspend again next day. Still don't make sense.

mc081 is usually too quick to list or inactive accounts listing, you are right it isnt normal to get reinstated and then re-suspended, Ive not heard of it before

Well another account reinstated with docs and proff of item. listed 2 days and down it goes again. I am really at a loss as to what is going on here. When i speak to live help they just say we won't reinstate you again. Of course they won't tell me why

are you getting a repeating IP, that skype may have logged in the past?

no i change my ip every time i go to a new user. i have removed skype from my pc, This is the stranges thing and i really am at a lose here as to what the problem is.
I would say that the accounts are registered in another country to me as i am in spain and the other country is just over the boarder but by having them reinstated and the knocked out again is so strange.:mad2:

You are using an eb ay in another country?

Where is your registered address based? Spain?

yes i am in spain and i am regestered in another country with my spain ip. don't want to use a hiden ip as i have read it is not recomended.
