Is it okay to sell Refurbished products?

Hey guys just wondering.

Is it okay to sell real Refurbished products? For example my supplier sells refurbished games consoles for alot cheaper then they go for online.

Would i get banned for selling these products? As they are completely real. They also carry a 12 month warranty

Are they refurbished by the manufacturer or third party company?

Would depend on how hot the item is. Game consoles are semi-hot - but since xbox 360 and ps3 are bit "old" I could see you getting away with it.
