eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - TD Bank safe to withdraw from Stealth?

hey i know there are dozens and dozens of posts about how to withdraw from a stealth and i do know most of the ways.. but i have a particular specific question... is TD Bank safe to withdraw from a stealth? has any1 had experience with TD bank and other banks rather then BOA
or if there really is a HELPFUL thread out there that i haven't read could you post it up on here would be really helpful thanx in advance :pop2:

Been using TD with Paypal for over 5 years now, it works great.

Someones received warning letters about having deposits made from other names other than whats on the account from TD. So their ventures stopped after that.
