It's been a while since you used your account limitation.

One of my Pay Pal accounts got limited today, this one is a first for me to be honest, didn't seem that hard to fix at first...

17 Apr 2011: It's been a little while since you used your account. For reasons relating to the safe use of the PP service we need some more information about you and your account

The strange thing is though, they asked me for:

Confirm your bank account Resolve
Validate your Account Information Resolve

But when I tried any of them, they all came back as, 'bank account already confirmed', 'location cannot be confirmed twice' etc tec

^They may have not been the exact phrases they used but the point is, why could I not do them? why would they ask for them?

So now they both say completed, even though I never got to complete them, not a good sign...

:peace:

p.s. I received a payment of just £25 from e bay in it on the 15th of April and the previous transaction before that was 18th March :suspicious:...so that is a little while!

Thoughts?

Par for the UK paypal course.

There's some longstanding 'glitch'. Users amend the info, like you, and it gives a false answer. If you are up for it, you might phone them. Or wait a couple of hours & repeat the process. :pop2:

Don't worry, I have ID at my disposal, ready for their viewing pleasure! ;)

Just seems like when these things happen on pay pal, it is because they have noticed 'something' during a screening of the account, perhaps it is simply because I haven't logged into the account in 30 days and received a payment in that time?!!
