does paypal know when your using a vcc card or a gift card when you do verification with them, is there anyway paypal finds out?

Pa yp al could screen the first couple of numbers to determine the "source" - there are sets of gift card number initial combinations. Some types of vcc or gift cards have been flagged pretty badly by Pa yp al.

I have used Entr opa y in the past (.com) - or you can pm sellers in this forum for a solid service too - might have to pay a little but will work without problems.

PayPal knows, but many of the times it doesn't care. Some VCC's are ok while other ones are blocked.

Best advice? Go with a reputable seller.

does Entropay still work for paypal?
i have 4 PP account limited using Entropay vcc...
a friend of mine said that the Entropay's BIN has blacklisted by PP.
i dont know maybe this things only happen at my country
