What is the best method to call Paypal? I have used spoof-card in the past but seems like it does not work anymore for PayPal.

if poss call from a clean number

if not, just block your number. Im hoping their tolled numbers cant see you....

All toll free numbers can see what number is calling them so there's no way of blocking your number.

Just get a pre-paid phone and call them using that.

Yeah walmart have verizon ones for 15 bucks and u can use it any day u want for 1.99 a day and they come with a free 10 bucks so thats 5 days of calls.
