Question about starting new stealth paypal
 

hi
im having problem with the stealh paypal account
i opened a new bank account and type the deatils such as acount number and sort code etc in paypal with a stealth name and it got limited as it said they cannot verfiy this person to this address i gave which is not mine as i had to give a differnt address as i have been limited of paypal before
this is the first tme i trying to create a stealth so i need your guidance

do i need to pick another bank as others say that bank dont share information etc if so which ones are respectable as i tried with santandeer there no good !

If not, at what point did you get limited?

I would hazard a guess and say it's nothing to do with your bank account but lots to do with the electoral register. Search the forums and you will find the answer

this was when i was just signing up
asked for name and addresss
so i gave different details .
i brought the stealth guide and the bank i used is not on there so that maybe why. and also i diddnt use a name variation .
and yes it was when i added the debit card to it ???

^^ No the bank does not have to be in the stealth guide.

So did you opened the PP account with a different name to you suspended real one?

yh a total differnt name and address and postcode
then it said we cannot confirm you on those lines
send in documents etc
then it said your limited till they sort it out .
and this is just when signin up i diddnt even manage to get to the main page on the overvierw were you see the balance .

You have followed other stealth steps such as new Ip ,new user account, new phone number?

It's pretty rare that pa yp al shuts you down RIGHT away unless there is some monster flag that triggers their system. Even improperly-created stealth accounts do in general last a bit before getting nailed unless big trigger. THIS has to be sorted out.

im going to try with a differnt debit card this week ill tell you how it goes

Ah public pc - try and avoid that - those public place IPs might have been burned to the ground by pa yp al. Before you repeat this, best check in with the forum. Seriously - you need your own dedicated IP - don't do this library, public, comp lab garbage to start again.

The issue is that you might be using IPs that have already been used for accounts REPEATEDLY suspended and you will be caught up in the wave.

it just changing my i.p dunno how to do it ive read it in the stealth just that i dont want to mess up my pc

^^^ Who is your ISP and what router you using?

its ntl broadband
ntl home router

^^ Phone NTL and ask them if you signed up for a dynamic or static IP broadband connection.

Quickest way to get an answer if you are not techy.

what shall i say

its a simple question and they should give you a simple answer yes or no whether its dynamic or static.

I doubt they would ask you probing questions, and after all its none of their business so go ahead and make the call :)

Well don't forget that these companies sell you different broadband packages that include static or dynamic ip addressing. You have a contract and a right to know.

It is just like phoning your mobile network provider and finding out details about that contract.
