They cant actually verify the id you send right, due to data protection, thats what Ive read on forum anyway, although I wonder about electoral registers and other info sources

re faxing id ive done some research, pm me.
would i tbe best to send the same phot id once limited , if not how can you get a new one or get around this

^^ Without going into specifics, your ID must match the details you have given to Pay Pal, simple as that.
