yeah i want to make 2 paypal accounts with all my personal information ,

so my personal paypal is linked to many suspended accounts, is it possible to accept payments with it, from a stealth ebay account? will i get linked? i just want to receive payments with the paypal.

2 pa yp al accts with same info is a method of ASKING to be limited I would say.

Has been said just start over.... No if, and or but...

First stealth I messed-up, my first thought was how am I going to fix it? Then a few minutes later I noted the IP and deleted everything that had to do with the account and never looked back. The time is much better spent starting fresh...

yeah starting fresh is frustrating, for example you money is held by paypal for 180 days

You will be linked.

You will have limitations and accounts go down.

A paypal used with suspended ebay accounts has no life with ebay again.
