Is kroger at Ralphs a working card with eb and pp?
Anyone let me know if you use this recently

yes the Kroger prepaid debit card works with paypal. I have used it and I am still using it. I bought 3 Kroger cards at Smith's.

The card even works with mismatched names using a stealth name. I already have transferred 4 times using my stealth account.

Can these cards be purchased online? or only physical purchasing...

Wondering the same? I like this.

I dont know that yet but search for "Kroger Personal Finance cards". You would need your real info to get a real card, like SSN, real address, etc. etc.

Are you using these cards as bank accounts, or using them to lift limits?

I am using them for both, they are also bank accounts also.

If you have to sign up with your real information, how do you use them with stealth?

ebay or paypal cant see your name on the cards. just put the same address like the same when you sign up with ebay or paypal and your set.

It looks like you can buy them the the store. If I'm wrong, please let me know. I need to pull some money out of PayPal and Net Spend is taking too long.

I need to find out what banks will allow a third party deposit so I can open some bank accounts.

Yea you can buy them at the store, and maybe online too bu I am not sure about that part yet. But from their website it sure looks like you can buy them online. You can call them to find out.

Kroger Gift cards can be got online.
But: be careful as paypal has been weird about gift card funds :supsicious:

They are not gift cards but actual prepaid debit cards. You get a bank account with routing and account number.

I just got one and activated it .yes,kroger mailed you a physical card with your real name on it and a slip with routng number and account number.I just added it to a suspended amazon account. I will let you guys know if the money will be deposited into the account.

Just to reiterate ~ when applying for this card/account we need to use a stealth address? This would be a problem if we don't have access to the mail at a stealth account. Can we open the account with our real address and then change the address information to stealth after we receive the card and before registering the card/account with eB and PP?

Applying use real address...register on pp, change address to match stealth...done.

Sorry, I put the wrong info. You will have to put your real address to get the card in the mail. For paypal, You can only use the card to withdraw too. But, if the paypal account is in the same address of the Kroger card then you can also use it to verify the credit card part.

It will not work if your paypal address is different from the Kroger card. You will have to get VCC for that part.

i just realized that was for a credit card, weird my credit isn't even bad. it says the prepaid debit cards can only be bought in store

I think kroger personal fiance card is for withdraw money from pp only.
You can't use it to verify pp or lift the the withdraw limit.
to verify your pp or lift the withdraw limit,go to wallgreens to get a vanilla card! That is easy!

You can use it to verify paypal credit card if the address on the paypal account matches the address on the Kroger card only. If it doesn't you will need to go a different route.

And it also works to withdraw too. I have tried both methods in the past, both have worked.

KPF sold in stores only, can be used as VCC for sale in this forum lol, and there is no need in real info, to pass avs check just register temporary card online 3 times until its tells u we cant verified your card

I just tried a Kroger rewards plus visa debit card to verify and lift the limits to my new paypal account and PP says
I actually used the same address and name that I have listed in paypal.

Keep in mind that I am not trying to make a total stealth account since this is one of 2 business paypal accounts I have under my real name. Is this why it wont lift the limit?

I have already verified a real checking account and trying to lift the $500 withdrawal limit with a kroger VCC etc.

Any suggestions? Should I go buy a Vanilla card instead?
