Using Virtual Machine And OS
 

I would like to hear some fellow pros recommendations.

I am new to using VM, after reading the Amazon Ghost, i was very excited to have found out about VM. (Thank you Aspkin)

Question #1:
I am currently running windows 7 on my computer. I am not sure if it came with a disk, as it was already installed. Is there anyway i can copy the os from my computer to a disk and install it to VM? Where can i get it free (impossible). I rather not purchase cheap keys for it.

Question #2:
I have never used ubuntu. However, i am very interested in the OS. My question to you is ubuntu good for stealth accounts? Are the cookies placed correctly? Feedback, has any of you used ubuntu for stealth and are currently fine?
