What problems would there be if ....

I have a friend who runs a wholesale DVD business on the net. He gets paid through his own merchant A/c and has recently started accepting PP. I run it past him that, if he was to take an order from a ste alth a/c could he, after a suitable commission just send the money back to a non ste alth a/c, He is not adverse to the idea. What problems would there be with this?:noidea:

So he is legit with a new paypal and you are stealth with a new paypal and then the monies are going to go onto a 3rd (older) paypal.

Think I prefer to play dominoes rather than see those accounts get linked.
