PayPal removed my bank account removed/VCC not accepted - thanks paypal!!!!!
I have money locked in my paypal account which is linked to my 9 year seller account, which is now suspended from selling.
Since I am allowed to only buy from this account, I bought an item off ebay and I had to load the vcc since I did not have enough funds in the paypal account, so i load the vcc.
When making the paypal payment, messgae appears......we will charge xyz card linked to xyz bank account, if you don not have enuv funds in your paypal account, so the vcc is charged and the paypal pymnt goes thru o.k.
2 days later email from paypal saying your bank account has been removed????
round 2...........bought another item a few days later....paypal bal is now at zero, so I load the vcc and message comes up now saying someting like
you cant use a vcc or email address you have used previously, this is when i go to confirm the paypal payment, what on earth is going on??????
why have they removed my bank account, why wont they take the vcc?
