If you transfer your money to your bank account before a limitation is placed. Does the money go through?

I have seen it reversed 2 days out.... In my experience 3 days is the lucky day...

Ya I tried sending mine to a bank just 2 days ago and it got reversed :( Doing a purchase and sending it to google checkout may work but I dont have experience with that.. anyone else? Im definitely curious.
