initially verify as much or as little as possible with PP?
 

The least I can/do verify with a new PP is adding a bank account. If it gets limited they usually ask for the lot (Confirm bank account, confirm location (Add Credit or Debit Card) (alternatives: copy of id, proof of address), confirm SSN,
provice business information, provide proof of delivery, provide invoices. provide more information about payment)...
Last time obviously I didn't trigger as much flags because they just asked for Confirm bank account (again..?) and confirm location.

Now, my question is, will they ask for less info if I have initially verified less or will they ask for additional/moreinfo if I have already verified address etc?

I would just be prepared for all of the verification steps that you have mentioned, simple as that.

They can ask you for any of them at any time.

All depends on much of a "threat" your account is to pa yp al and THAT depends on what you sell, how fast, your $, etc. lot of factors.
