is there any way i could create a vcc and vba myself instead of paying someone for it

You need the right contacts to make that happen - I understand you need them quickly but sellers here will provide a good service. Sadly they do need time - they prob have a cue of PMs to handle from repeat and large order customers...have to keep that in mind =(

I highly recommend the local VCC sellers here on this site,
when it comes to acquiring a VCC at reasonable prices
and in haste time.

Alot of business has been done by these merchants,
and you can trust their VCCs to work.

It's much more logical and worth the time,
if you are in need of just one or a couple,
from these merchants, than trying to make one yourself.

These individuals have the experience, knowledge,
and contacts that any amateur who tries to do so,
lacks.
