How do I get around Photo ID for UK PayPal

I have reached my £1800 receipts limit on a UK PayPal stealth account
PayPal now want photo ID for verification plus utility bill
On this account I have used a bogus name & address (with valid post code)
I can get around the bill but any idea if I can get around the other requirement
Don't particularly want to loose this 100% feedback accont if I can help it
