Hmmmm............ When you first started listing, did you list alot of items? There has to be something you did that caused a red flag.

Was the shoes considered as a VeRO/high risk item?

Also, how old is the account?

WTFudge type of thread title is WTF?

You need to READ when you buy guides. I seriously think you assumed everything would be OK.

You might even consider coming to this part of the forum & saying I'm about to make my 1st listing. Have I done eveything correctly?
'Shoes' even in non-risk category are getting accounts looked at.
Do me a favor and show me where it says you will list and sail away selling?
Because I'm going to go postal on whoever said that.

WTF! Bah Humbug.

Should of never listed shoes as your first listing, especially if they were nike/jordan brand shoes those are super high risk especially since f@kes are swarming all over dhgate for 20 bucks when they go for 100-200. A 3 day old account is no where near being able to list that kind of item. Next time start with small non brand items. Then move your way up slowly, wait till you get feedback from those small items.

Like these other "wtf foolz" be saying. ...You cannot blame the guide - you just had some bad luck with your initial steps (which we need to analyze for details) - some of us have had stealth accounts that dead from the get go - happens.

The guide is the best thing ever made! You just need to fallow the guidelines and build your account up before you can list your "shoes", although verification is a required and I have had eBay place my accounts on hold and I had to send them in ID and DOCs. There is ways to get around the system, that's why we have the Stealth Book and the forum.

How old was the account when you started listing?

Also were they VERO shoes by any chance?

The shoes could have done it. Should start off small with very low risk items.

Actually I do have to say my first listings on two accounts were shoes. Not Vero, just plain old high heels from my wardrobe, listed as new without box - no problems

^ Don't rush into things you do not fully understand yet!

If it means that you have to spend a lot of time learning stealth before you get back on eBay, that is just something you have to accept.

Good luck techbay! You just need to slow down and soak it all in.

I have spent over 1k and Ive made it all up, but took months and hard work. Ebay makes my butt work real hard. I get tired of being on the net, but life situations make me work. Good Luck!

Then it sounds like you blindly purchased things you didnt need or things you had no idea on how to use.

I have spent what the stealth books costs about 3 yrs ago and maybe a subscription to the forum since and am doing great.

If you are the type that just likes to throw money at problems to fix then you are in the wrong place. you have to do some work here.
