How to make a seller account without adding a bank
Hi guys,
I just wondered if anyone would be willing to share a method of how to make a seller account using stealth so I can sell instantly without adding a bank account.
Basically the step-by-step guide for UK p4ypal and for UK eb4y too
Im not bothered that I cant withdraw the funds - thats okay. I just want to be able to list items for sale, even if there is a selling limit on the PP thats still okay for me. The only tools I have are: 3G dongle, VCC's, VOIP.
Id be much grateful for anyone who can do this please - PM me if you like. Possible $ reward for working method.
