Question about new address
 

So, I am moving into a 400 unit apt. Same street address but, of course, different unit address. Will I have an issue there if someone with the same street address has been suspended?

No. Also, an address is ONE potential identifier. In an apartment building (or condos, whatever) the address will not normally be a problem.

Now, if someone in the apartment before you was recently suspended by eBay for selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ LV Purses, and you happen to be selling LV purses, then you might lose the account.

Care to expand on this. Same street as your old suspended address? What other steps are you taking to appear 'different'?

I meant the apartments have all the same address except the unit.

If that is the case, couldn't I say a house is an apt. Apt A, apt b etc.
