eBay account suspended, can I still use my PayPal account?

My eBay account suspended because of satisfaction seriously below the standard. However, I still can use my Business account of PayPal. If I register a new eBay account using new name and information, can I use back the business account of mine? I have asked eBay about this, and they told me it may be linked. Because this is a old business account, I still want to use it, do I have any way to use it without any risk? I have more bank accounts and credit cards in my name.

It will only last for a short time before they link it and shut it down. Better to start completely new with all new information.

PayPal will eventually limit your account and ask you to sort out your eBay user ID before they consider removing the limitiation.
